Location - Prague 1, Prague 2, Prague 5 (only close to historic center)

Price: according to the condition of the property

Number of rooms: 10 - 50 rooms

We are looking for a large hotel with the minimum of 60 rooms for our Czech investor in the city center. 

 

Location ( Prague 1, Prague 2, Prague 5) Capacity: min. 60 rooms.

Price: according to the condition of the property

We represent large hotel chain who is currently searching for interesting hospitality properties for long term lease from hostel to 5* hotels in the city center of Prague as well as in wider center.

We are looking for an attractive hotel with 100 or more rooms/smaller hotel with the standart of 4-5* stars and great location for a Russian investment company.

3. Signing NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the information)

 

4. Based on signed NDA you will get detailed information - An Investment Memorandum including all attachments

 

5. Thorough inspection of the hotel including management presentation

 

6. Q/A, additional questions and answers

 

7. Negotiating all final steps of the transaction and acceptance of transaction conditions

 

8. Closing, settlement of the payment and transfering the assets
